1 on 1 Private Lessons

Get personalized attention with our one-on-one private sessions. Keith will create a customized training plan based on your fitness level, goals, and any physical limitations. This service is ideal if you are looking for individual guidance to improve fitness, boost your strength, or work on specific areas of Muay Thai.

These sessions allow for flexible scheduling and the highest level of focus to ensure you achieve the best results possible. This is a great way to stay active and prepared for everyday life.

There are three options:
         1. Remote training via Google Meet.
         2. At my studio in Hamilton.
         3. At your location.

Rates

One private lesson is 1 hour long.
  1. Cost of remote training – $40.00 + tax
  2. Cost at my studio in Hamilton – $40.00 + tax
  3. Cost at your location in Hamilton is $60.00 + tax (needs an area of about 10’x10’).
  4. Cost at locations outside of Hamilton is $60.00, plus $0.60 per km by Google Maps, from my studio to your address.

    e.g. If your location is 100 km away, your cost is :

         Lesson                                                 $60.00
         Travel (100km x 0.60)                         $60.00
                                 Total cost                     $120.00 + tax

Designed specifically for those new to Muay Thai, this class covers the fundamentals in a relaxed and supportive setting. Learn the core techniques, including punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes, while also working on balance, coordination, and stamina. Our beginner-friendly approach ensures that you develop at your own pace while gaining a solid foundation in both fitness and self-defense. Perfect for those looking to stay active while learning an effective martial art.
